Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on pet apparel that has been worn or tried on, particularly if there is any possibility of contamination or health-related issues.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at info@pikapikatc.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • We will then guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Restocking Fee & Shipping Fees

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returns.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Please note that the original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs in such cases.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Refund Processing:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • If you used a discount code on your original order, your refund will be calculated based on the original discounted price.
