PIKAPIKA at NYC Fashion Week — A Custom Couture Moment for Dolly

This season, PIKAPIKA stepped onto the streets of New York Fashion Week in our own way — through a one-of-a-kind couture creation made exclusively for DollySiggyWorld.

We designed and handcrafted a dramatic gown with a flowing train, entirely covered in delicate embroidery and hand-beaded details. Every bead was placed by hand. Every stitch was intentional. From concept to final fitting, the entire piece took one full month to complete — slow, meticulous, and deeply personal craftsmanship.

Throughout the process, we documented each stage:
the hand-beading, the embroidery in progress, the fittings, and the final shoot. These behind-the-scenes moments reveal what truly goes into couture — patience, precision, and respect for the art of making.

When Dolly arrived in New York wearing the finished gown, the reaction was instant. On the streets of NYC, heads turned. Cameras stopped. The dress caught the light, the movement, and the spirit of the city — bold, elegant, and impossible to ignore.
