30 Day Return & Exchange
Finding the right size for your pet can be tricky — and that’s why we offer an easy exchange option for our apparel items.
If the fit isn’t right, no worries. Simply donate or gift it to a friend, and we’ll gladly help you exchange it for the correct size within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is brand new, with original tags and packaging, and free of odor and pet hair.
To start an exchange, just email us at info@pikapikatc.com with your order # and your pet’s measurements. Our customer service team will assist you and respond within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.
