If the fit isn’t right, no worries. Simply donate or gift it to a friend, and we’ll gladly help you exchange it for the correct size within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is brand new, with original tags and packaging, and free of odor and pet hair.

If the ceramic bowl arrives broken due to rough handling during shipping, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
